“Maria Chiara” Bed Canopy

Also known as a ciel de lit, this carved and pickled wooden canopy is a decidedly romantic accessory. It's available in a pickled white color.

It should be fixed to the wall, above the headboard, at a height of approximately 2.20 m.

Curtains should be hung from this canopy, usually higher than the height at which the canopy was hung, so that they can be gathered at the sides to create a soft drape.

Curtains generally need to be light, such as tulle, lace, or voile.
